All meals in the program are created and prepared by our gourmet chef, Alberto, who brings his own masterful and creative touches to each of the healthy dishes offered at VIVIR. As the owner of a successful restaurant in Vejer, Alberto is very familiar with locally sourced organic cuisine. His expertise is often shared at culinary conferences, where he gives presentations on the relationship between the environment and food sources.
He has collaborated on projects with top-level regional chefs and hoteliers as well as having several recommendations in the Michelin guide.
All our dishes are carefully planned to take advantage of local seasonal food.
